BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, First Regular Session, 2023, that Leelkan Pongliyab Southwick is hereby confirmed as Director of the Department of Resources and Development; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Leelkan Pongliyab Southwick, the Governor of the State of Yap, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
