The Kosrae State Legislature hereby gives notice that the Committee on Ways and Means will hold a public hearing on Legislative Bill No. 12-47, “An Act to Appropriate Funds for Supplemental Operations of the Executive Branch for Fiscal Year 2027, and for Other Purposes.”

Members of the public, representatives of the Executive Branch, municipal governments, and interested civil society organisations are invited to attend and provide oral or written testimony. Written submissions may be delivered to the Office of the Clerk no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, 4 May 2026.
A copy of L.B. No. 12-47 is available at the Office of the Clerk during regular business hours and on the Legislature’s website under Bills & Resolutions.
Persons requiring accommodation to participate should contact the Office of the Clerk at least three working days in advance of the hearing.
