Pursuant to Article V of the Constitution of the State of Kosrae and the Rules of the Kosrae State Legislature, notice is hereby given that the Second Regular Session of the Twelfth Kosrae State Legislature will convene as follows:
- Opening Day: Monday, 1 June 2026
- Time: 9:00 AM
- Location: Legislature Chamber, Tofol
The Session is scheduled to sit for thirty (30) legislative days unless extended by resolution. Matters expected before the Legislature include the Annual Appropriations Bill for Fiscal Year 2027, nominations requiring legislative confirmation, and legislation carried over from the First Regular Session.
The opening ceremony will include a prayer, the State of the State Address by the Governor, and the formal call to order by the Speaker. The public is welcome to attend. Limited seating is available in the public gallery on a first-come basis.
Daily session schedules, the Legislative Calendar, and livestream links will be published on the Legislature’s website and updated throughout the Session.
