Endorsing the COM-FSM Board of Regents’ proposed amendment to Title 40, Section 706 of FSM Code, for the expansion of the board’s composition from five to seven members

To appropriate the sum of $34,056,.16 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to support the FSM ConCon Education Task Force’s proposed travel to Guam/Hawaii and back; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $2,731,984 from the Amended Compact Fund; the sum of $1,453,762 from the State Revenue Fund (funding the first quarter of fiscal year 2024); the sum of $1,315,432 from the United States Grant Fund; and the sum of $866,259 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024 for the purpose of funding the operations of all branches of the Kosrae State Government, its agencies, and various programs; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $41,532,163 from the Public Sector Infrastructure Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae Hospital; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $4,746.25 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Division of Public Safety’s security support during the recent APIL Board of Directors Meeting held in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $500.00 from the Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the APIL 2023; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 12-126 by extend the lapse date set for Section 2(2) 2020 HPF SHPO (P20AF00012); and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $300,000.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the State Road Maintenance and Improvement Project; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $16,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for subcontractor agreement between the REACH – Research Corporation of the University of Hawaii (RCUH) and Kosrae Department of Health Services; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 12-190, at Section 2(10) to adjust the Special Education program budget for fiscal year 2023; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $17,250.00 from the US Federal Grant of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae – PMHCA23 program in the state; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $1,500.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the 2023 Kosrae State Inauguration; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $634,501.00 from the Amended Compact Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of funding the Kosrae – PMO and the IMF Project in the State; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 12-190, by amending Section 4 at subsection (c) to modify the Kosrae State Legislature’s approved budget for Contractual; and for other purposes.

To amend the Kosrae State Code by inserting a new subsection (3)(d) under Section 5.201 of Title 5, to add a new Division of Social Services under the Department of Health Services; and for other purposes.

To amend State Law No. 13-176, by amending the total amount of $35,000, to re-allocate $5,000 into the Legislature’s FY2026 contractual budget; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $5,000.00 from the Local Revenue Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of supplementing the participation of the Kosrae Delegation to the 4th FSM Exposition in Yap; and for other purposes

To appropriate the sum of $70,000.00 from Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury for the purpose of subsidizing the Kosrae State Public Safety overtime budget through the Joint Law Enforcement Agreement (JLEA) program; and for other purposes.

To appropriate the sum of $25,000.00 from the Foreign Assistance Fund of the Kosrae State Treasury to provide funding for Micronesia Conservation Trust (MCT) Protected Area Network/Blue Prosperity Micronesia Coordinator in the State of Kosrae; and for other purposes

To appropriate the sum of $18,000.00 from the US Federal Grants of the Kosrae State Treasury to providing funding for the Kosrae Public Radio Station for Broadcasting Equipment and supplies through (MAP); and for other purposes
