Confirming Julius L. Tun to serve as a member on the Board of Directors of the Yap Investment Trust

BE IT RESOLVED by the Eleventh Legislature of the State of Yap, Third Regular Session, 2025, that Julius L. Tun is hereby confirmed to serve as a member on the Board of Directors of the Yap Investment Trust; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Julius L. Tun, the Governor, the Attorney General, the Chairman of the Council of Pilung, and the Chairman of the Council of Tamol.
